Voudomato 2008, PGI Cyclades, Red wine naturally sweet. 100% Voudomato

Vineyards: Pyrgos, Akrotiri and Megalohori .

Vinification: Over-harvested grapes sundried for 12 to 15 days. After the pressing session, the must was fermented with indigenous yeast for 2 months in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: In French oak barrels for 10 years.

Bottling: Unfiltered.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Deep red color. Strong aromas of dried fig, sundried tomato, oriental
spices and butter caramel. Rich texture with long aftertaste and aromas of dried plums.

Serving suggestion:
As a dessert, alternatively it can be served along with dark chocolate mousse, fruit tarts or blue cheese.

Suggested serving temperature: at 12-14°C.

It can be aged for more than 20 years.
