Vineyards: Selected vineyards of Pyrgos and Megalohori
Vinification: Direct pressure of the stems fermented under controlled temperature 17-18 ° C and indigenous yeasts.
Maturation: With noble lees for 12 months. Then matured in a french oak barrel for an additional 12 months. Bottling: Unfiltered. Bottled in only 200 magnum bottles.
Yellow color with distinctive golden shades. Aromas of white flowers, citrus and honey. Powerful and intense in the mouth with strong acidity. Strong minerality and long aftertaste.
Large, high-fat fish, poultry, pork. Beef cooked in tomato sauce. Pairs with creamy and smoky cheeses.
Suggested Serving Temperature: 14-16˚C
