Vineyards: Pyrgos, Megalohori, Akrotiri and Emporio

Vinification: Right after the pressing session, must was transferred to the fermentation tank where it was fermented naturally under controlled temperatures, 16-18 οC, for a month.

Maturing: Tank for 6 months Bottling: Bottled unfiltered.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Bright magenta color. Aromas of summer red fruits and hints red flowers. Elegant texture with buttery and salty aftertaste and strong hints of minerality.

Serving suggestion:
Summer plates with light red sauces, cuisine of the Cyclades island complex and also meat plates like chicken plates and fresh salads.

Suggested serving temperature: at 12°-14°C

It can be aged for 2 years.
