Vineyards: Selected vineyards of Megalochori
Vinification: Over matured handpicked grapes were placed in cold room overnight. Then they were destemed and remained in skin contact for 12 hours. The must fermented with indigenous yeasts at 18˚C.
Maturation: Matured in French oak barrels of different capacity for 12 months.
Organoleptic characteristics: Yellow golden color. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and lemon. Vibrant and full-bodied on the palate with a mineral aftertaste.
Serving suggestion: Shellfish dishes, meats in white sauce, grilled meat as well as mature full fat cheese.
Suggested serving temperature: 14-16 °C.
It can be aged for more than 10 years
