Vineyards: Pyrgos and Megalochori

Vinification: Handpicked grapes were placed in a cold room overnight. Cold maceration of the grapes for 12 hours, followed by pressing and fermentation under controlled temperature 17–18˚C with indigenous yeasts.

Maturation: With the noble lees for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and then, for 12 months in a French oak barrel.

Bottling: Unfiltered. In only 300 magnum bottles.

Organoleptic characteristics:Yellow color with intense golden shades. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits combined with honey aromas. Muscular character on the palette with vibrant acidity. Shows length in the finish with loads of minerality.

Serving Suggestions:Deep sea fishes, meat, as chicken and pork, creamy cheeses.

Suggested Serving Temperature: 14-16˚C

It can be aged for more than 10 years.
