Vineyards: Pyrgos, Megalochori, Akrotiri and Emporio

Vinification: Hand picked grapes were placed in a cold room for 12 hours before crushing. Right after the must was transferred directly to the pressing machines and then to the fermentation tank where it was fermented naturally under controlled temperatures, 16-18˚C, for a month.

Maturation: In stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Bright magenta color. Aromas of summer red fruits and hints red flowers. Elegant texture with buttery and salty aftertaste and strong hints of minerality.

Bottling: Unfiltered.

Serving suggestion:
Summer plates with light red sauces, cuisine of the Cyclades island complex and also meat plates like chicken plates and fresh salads.

Suggested serving temperature: at 12°-14°C

It can be aged for 2 years.
