Vineyards: Megalochori

Vinification: Overripe hand-picked grapes are placed in a cold room overnight. Then the grapes that previously undergo destemming, remain in skin contact for 12 hours. The must ferments with indigenous yeasts at 18˚C.

Maturation: In French oak barrels of different capacity for 12 months.

Bottling: Unfiltered.

Organoleptic characteristics: Yellow golden color. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and lemon. Vibrant and full-bodied on the palate with a mineral aftertaste.

Serving suggestion: Shellfish dishes, meats in white sauce, mature full fat cheese.

Suggested serving temperature: 12-14 °C.
